Warranty requests
MUST be submitted in writing to
Groza Builders main office with the
exception of emergency requests which should be called in immediately. This
assures that we can respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. Warranty
requests may be faxed to (772) 336-2272 or sent via our e-mail address
warranty@grozabuilders.com
It is our policy to complete repairs and replacements
within
thirty days from the date your request is processed. At times, due to
circumstances that are beyond our control, some repairs may take more than
thirty days. Delays can be caused by inclement weather, homeowner scheduling
conflicts, shortage of materials, back ordered parts from manufacturers and
labor problems.
Groza Builders, Inc. strives
to complete all repairs in 30 days or less. Occasionally, the work may take
longer than 30 days due to unavailability of parts or inclement weather. All
warranty work will be done by Groza Builders, Inc. or by our subcontractors.
When the request for
service is processed, a Warranty Service Representative will schedule an
appointment to determine the item or items that are covered by the Groza
Builders Limited Warranty.
If
possible, defective items will be repaired or replaced at that time. If the work
cannot be completed immediately, you will be contacted to schedule a date and
time for the work to be completed on your home. |

We
suggest that you first review the Limited
Warranty Booklet before you request
service. This will help you to determine if your request is covered by the Groza
Builders Limited Warranty or is considered to be your responsibility.
Also, if
possible, give yourself enough time to possibly
accumulate several items on one request. We suggest you live in your home for at
least 30 days before sending in a service request.
Please work to coordinate
appointments with our service department or with the appropriate subcontractor.
They will attempt to schedule the repairs at your convenience during normal
working hours and days. Our subcontractors are available for repairs between
8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Groza Builders, Inc. or its
subcontractors will not enter your home if no one is home or if children are
present without adult supervision.
For regular (non-emergency)
service situations, use the Request for Service forms or send your request via
our e-mail address or through our website.
Fill out the
form
completely, including your name, address and work and home phone numbers with
the area codes and email address. Provide a detailed description
of the work requested and its location in your home. Indicate the times and
days that are most convenient for the work to be scheduled. Send your written
request for service to Groza Builders main office by fax, e-mail or through our
website.
