    Family owned and operated with John A. Groza, President and Certified General Contractor, having more than 30 years experience in the building industry.  His Wife, Patricia handles the accounting and office management.  Tony, their son, manages construction, and Niki, their daughter, manages their mortgage company.

    John is licensed with the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, CGC #023870 and with Martin County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County, Brevard County, the City of Palm Bay and the City of Port St. Lucie.
