Congratulations on the purchase
of your new home & welcome to Groza Builder's family of home owners.

To help you care for your new
home and enjoy living in it, we are including many links and information about
everything from the warranty to
maintenance. You also received a warranty
package at closing with the same information.
Please read your
warranty
booklet thoroughly, it will help you to become familiar with your new home and
provide useful tips for proper care and maintenance.
For a period of one year from
the certificate of occupancy, your home is covered by Groza Builder's Limited
Warranty. Should a warranty problem occur or if you have any
questions about your home, our Warranty Service Department is available to
assist you.
Cosmetic items such as scratches, dings,
dents, marks, etc. must be noted at the final walk-thru. Cosmetic items are NOT
covered by the warranty on your home and cannot be addressed after your final
walk-thru inspection.
If any discrepancies or problems are found during your
walk-thru, they will be noted on a “punch-list” form by the Groza Builders
Representative and, if possible, corrected immediately or otherwise scheduled
for repair or replacement.
At the close of your
walk-thru inspection, you will be asked to sign the inspection form indicating
that you accept your new home subject to any items needing attention and listed
on the
punch list form.
