STRUCTURAL MEETING

Meet GBI Coordinator to review & approve house plans. Make final changes.

Stock Exchange

CONSTRUCTION LOAN FUNDS

Wire fund to title agent and sign closing documents. GBI receives initial draw payment.

SUBMIT FOR PERMIT

Signed & sealed plans are submitted to building department by GBI.
